開始重訓後好容易感冒?! - 健身

大家好
我最近好容易感冒(此時喉嚨痛)
差不多兩個月前我開始運動
每天差不多一個半小時重訓
下載一個軟體
設定一小時
跟著他做仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身
就這樣......
身材好像有越來越好
但是
兩個月已經感冒三次了
雖然好像都比較容易好
但就是頻率高到不像以前的我
爬文有看到大家討論
可能健身房密閉空間
有人衣服濕的騎車回家
但我是在家裡看著影片做
應該沒上述問題
所以想請問
我這樣的運動量有到過度嗎?!
喔喔喔還有一個很怪的現象
就是感冒那天(還沒意識自己感冒前)
運動起來會「特別輕鬆」
有人會這樣嗎?
