終於開始減肥了,目前的策略是早餐正常吃
午餐吃半碗飯和魚肉青菜
晚餐吃水果
我知道吃東西的時間會影響身材很大
像我現在是過晚上六點不吃東西
(之前聽說那個容嘉是過五不食)
我最大的疑問是
我最近聽到兩種版本
因為我早上大概都七點半起床
有人說要在半小時內吃早餐,這樣子到午餐前比較不會有飢餓感
也有人說要在半小時候吃,這樣子才不會因為睡一覺起來肚子餓,身體吸收太快
兩種好像都有道理~到底哪一種對減肥比較有幫助呢???
