現在在減肥
但是感覺今天肚子很脹
擔心是不是吃太多了
請大家幫我看看
早.低脂牛奶一杯.盒裝豆腐一盒.芭樂一個
中.芭樂一個.水煮高麗菜一大盤和洋蔥一大盤(加醬油)水煮蘿蔔一份
麵一碗.
晚.無糖豆漿一罐.水煮金針菇一大碗
魚油兩顆
這樣會部會太多
因為今天吃超脹的
害我剛剛很緊張的去健身房慢跑了一小時
--
但是感覺今天肚子很脹
