我是一個可怕的胖子...155kg....最近想減肥...於是早餐改成…兩片全麥土司...印象中全麥土司好像是個不錯的東西不過也是發酵的東西…也算澱粉類不知道這樣吃會不會更慘…我短期間內不能不吃晚餐有好的方法嗎?我現在早餐…兩片全麥土司午餐…學校賣的30元小便當晚餐…吃家裡的大量青菜跟一點肉…沒有吃半粒飯平常喝水、無糖的茶減肥有要什麼可以忌口的嗎建議吃些什麼
