為什麼包好的鳳梨酥麵糰,放進模子裡按壓成型時,四周圍總是會出現裂痕,又不好整形,是否麵糰的配方有問題?還是麵糰冷藏太久(4天)了呢?請為我指點迷津吧!謝謝。PS:我要的是方法、答案,請不要再貼一些鳳梨酥的食譜給我了,好嗎?謝謝。
