我想聽正確方法廣告別來!!!!請問各位大大我目前15歲(男)我粽合了網路上的方法想出來的早餐:一定吃剛好不會太飽午餐:只喝烏龍茶(無糖)幫助水份排出晚餐只吃一小片排骨(滷的)+1小包青菜不吃宵夜.零食請問我這樣減重有用嗎?PS:沒有運動的情況下
