我的臉色是屬於比較容易黯沉的那種
平常素顏的時候氣色真的很可怕的暗沉
除了固定的保養程序外
還會做
1.濕敷
平常只要有空的時候就會濕敷
覺得原生露濕敷效果還不錯
2.多運動
我發現每次運動完我的氣色就會從蠟黃變成紅潤
不過好像無法維持太久...(努力中
盡量維持在一個禮拜能運動3-5次
一次一小時
通常是健走比較多 偶爾慢跑
3.飲食
多喝水
多吃有維他命C的水果 奇異果是冰箱必備水果
只要去好市多就一定會扛一箱回家
另外還有看到吃穀胱甘肽也可以讓肌膚比較明亮
不知道有人吃過嗎?
或是有沒有其他保健食品推薦的
