標題不知道該怎麼下...
想問的問題是~
我想大家減肥通常都是因為有個動力目標
當然減肥是長期的 控制熱量及運動才會有效果
那如果說 已經有瘦下來了
不過三天後要穿比基尼 或是 參加婚宴之類的 等等
而必須讓身材"看起來"更纖細
大家通常會怎麼做呢??
比如說 在要穿比基尼或婚紗的前兩天都喝流質的東西避免有小腹...
(不過這樣應該會很餓..)
像這種之類的狀況 希望大家分享 謝謝~~因為三天後就是目標日了.. > <
