一直都有在上健身房
大概有兩年的時間 都處於乾瘦感覺..
最近,不知道是因為心情比較好的關係,還是年紀到了?
上健身房頻率沒那麼高, 體重相同,身材卻變得很肉感,
乾瘦-->肉感 小女生身材-->女人身材
飲食方面, 最近改變的,大概就是,每天喝咖啡..,
剛開始吃膠原蛋白...才吃幾天, 不會這麼顯著吧??@@~
但個人比較喜歡 之前小女生乾瘦的身材
現在肉感,穿衣服,反倒很膨脹效果> < ~
沒有之前那樣 手臂是手臂 肩膀是肩膀
腿是腿的那種線條...現在整個連在一起@@
怎會這樣??
