體脂肪 - 美體

各位前輩好,
我已經一週慢跑4.5天,每次跑4公里(約40分鐘)大約有5週的時間了,
160公分,剛開始跑時體重為55.8公斤,體脂為26,
今天去量的結果是,
體重為55.6公斤,體脂為15,
體態上,腿部線條有比較精實一點,
但可能是因為整天坐著看書的關係,
肚子其實沒有消很多,
飲食方面改正以往吃兩份早餐的習慣,變成吃一份,大多是蛋餅,
午餐跟晚餐各有攝取2~3份約3分之2拳頭大小份量的蔬菜,
白飯本來就不愛吃,所以也只各吃大約2分之1拳頭大小的份量,
肉的話,大概都是點雞排便當,所以是炸的肌肉,
但我會把外皮弄掉,
不過因為我也不愛吃肉,
所以午、晚餐吃的份量大約是各3分之2拳頭大小。
這樣會吃太多或太少嗎?
不過題外話,
因為要準備考試,
所以好像澱粉是必須的?!因此我應該吃多一點飯嗎?
此外,
其實我這篇文主要想要請教各位前輩的是,
我的體重不變,但體脂下降,是好現象對吧?
那體重不變,體脂有下降,是因為我雖然有消掉脂肪,
但因為我也有長肌肉,所以體重才會毫無變化,是嗎?
那麼,
我應該怎樣才能讓體重往下降呢?
我會持續運動,
但還需要什麼配套嗎?
