我是考生,爬了文大家都希望不要變胖就好了
可是我真的很希望可以趕快變瘦,考完試才開始就來不及了orz
也為了自己的健康著想還有愛情的力量吧我想(羞)
大部分是外食,我先述說一下我的飲食狀況
早餐:一杯飲料(紅茶or奶茶or豆漿)
一份餐點(土司or漢堡or飯團)
午餐:麵食類或便當
晚餐:跟午餐差不多
我知道這樣吃對減肥來說的人是多的可怕,
但我不曉得是不是因為準備考試用腦過度的關係,
雖然這樣正常吃,可是其實很快肚子就咕嚕咕嚕叫了>_____<
還滿喜歡喝飲料的,一天沒有喝有點難受
肉食性動物,覺得沒有吃到肉好像就沒有吃飽,可是我也很愛蔬菜
最近一個同學去看中醫減肥門診,先埋耳針(好像是抑制食慾的穴道)
醫師給他們的方法是只吃營養品,然後只能吃燙青菜、蛋白、豆腐
這樣的方法的確很快就奏效了,同學一下子就瘦了一圈,不過真的餓到發慌
我也好想這樣激烈的減肥,可是怕自己受不了
加上還要準備考試,怕會體力透支
另外,經期時已經痛到慘絕人寰,怕這樣減肥會更悽慘 >____<
大家可以給我一些意見嗎
飲食方面還有運動方面
