2個月狂運動,體重卻完全不動 - 美體

其實打從9月開始就固定每週三天去運動
漸漸地養成習慣,並配合飲食,是11月初開始
我的運動通常在下班後,是游泳/跑步/健身房重訓
游泳--
自由式/蛙式互換,很少停下來休息,每次游45分鐘以上
跑步--
戶外是30分鐘以上,室內的話,會到40分鐘外加15分鐘重量訓練
11月初朋友教我飲食控制的方法,早餐隨便吃,中午控制吃,晚上不吃澱粉喝青菜湯
剛開始實行幾天的時候,體重很快地在2天之內掉了快2公斤(63)
但是晚上運動完真的很餓,我還是不吃澱粉,但晚餐青菜湯裡面會有肉出現
真的餓得受不了,會多幾片蘇打餅乾
因晚上運動完,回到家都很晚了,所以晚餐大概都八九點以後才吃
過沒兩天,體重回到65!!!!!!!!!!!!!
體型有變小,至少同事也是這樣說。褲子好像有點鬆了
肚子好像也小了一點,有很淺很淺很淺的馬甲線
但是我的體重就是下不來!
自己是覺得體力有變好,作息也變正常(12點就開始打瞌睡,早上7點會自動醒)
但是怎麼會不降反升???
有沒有好心的人可以幫我解惑......
這麼拼命運動,覺得很挫折
