30好幾了熟女,我的主要需要抗氧化[主要抗氧化](1.)月見草油,亞麻油=這二款調經用的.對我有幫助,吃了很順.但沒抗氧... 想請問:這二種油,對體內修復或好處的地方,哪個較營養?(2.)Q10,葡萄籽,/胺基酸(我不是用來受身的)是用在抗老胺基酸.(保養用).但蝦紅素抗氧又>Q10>維他命e..請幫我分析:月��
