從小我就是個不折不扣的胖子!
國中時穿不下一般少女size的衣服,所以一直都是穿我爸的褲子(有圖有真相)
才國中就這麼有分量,如同大多數胖子一樣
國中 --> 高中 -->大學 --> 出社會
我的身材一直如氣球一樣又圓又胖
任何一個胖子會經歷的痛苦回憶,我也是一個都沒漏掉!
不過即使如此,我還是覺得吃飽才有幸福的感覺
雖然減肥這個字眼每一天都在腦海裡浮現,但最終依舊沒辦法抗拒吃東西這件事
所以一路就這麼胖胖胖胖胖的長大
基本上我非常愛吃,尤其愛吃飯
滷肉飯一餐可以吃兩三碗,吃完後又繼續打開一大包品客or樂事
夏天的話還會一次嗑完一品脫的哈跟達斯!
國中時我爸曾經看不下去帶我去找營養師減肥,不過最後也是無疾而終
大學時曾經靠著瘋狂節食瘦下來過,不過只要一開始正常飲食體重就開始上升
最後也放棄節食這條路........出了社會繼續當一枚胖子
每天大吃大喝不忌口,燒烤火鍋炸物冰淇淋樣樣來,一餐都吃兩碗公的飯+滷三層肉
把老爺褲穿成內搭緊身褲..........
這時候血壓大概是130~170之間,還被護士說照這樣下去三十歲前應該就會中風了!!
雖然每天大吃大喝,不過心裡還是有一絲絲一滴滴希望自己可以擺脫這身肥肉
穿上雜誌刊登的可愛洋裝,而不是總是把老爺褲穿成內搭褲
希望有一天穿褲子時,可以輕輕鬆鬆拉上來,而不再是膽戰心驚的怕又把褲子撐破了!
但夢想僅僅是夢想,身為一個二十幾年的專業胖子
跟肥肉說掰掰豈是這麼簡單的事!?
直到今年四月某天在PTT女孩版上看到蘭小姐的減肥心得文
那篇文章就像引信一樣燃起我對減肥的熱情
於是我開始瘋狂爬FITNESS&美體版
放下手上的洋芋片跟炸雞開始我的減肥歷程
我的減肥沒有特別做什麼
只是戒掉炸物跟飯量減半
(以前非常喜歡吃麥當勞,一個星期吃兩次勁辣雞腿堡+大薯+OREO冰炫風組合)
調味太重的東西也盡量少吃
固定晚上11點前睡覺
還有每天固定運動30分鐘(鄭多燕or快走)
因為我以前從來不運動,體育課都是裝病or躲在太陽底下的那種
如果因為減肥而勉強自己做一些平常就討厭的運動
我知道自己一定無法持續
於是選擇了強度很低但是我可以每天都做得到的運動
大概花了半年左右目前是54kg,但是體脂還是偏高(26%)
希望自己可以再減個4~5公斤,體脂降到22%左右
第一次寫心得文,要把20多年肥胖人生&減肥歷程濃縮起來好難啊
因為蘭小姐的文章讓我有了減肥的動力
所以我也想要把這個動力分享出去
只要有心隨時開始減肥都不晚!
