我突然覺得辦卡是肥胖的開始,最近辦了卡...
就去掃了馬芬跟凱撒沙拉,馬芬一次吃ㄧ個,沙拉吃ㄧ半
天阿!!!!!要剪卡了嗎..= =
話說,我最近在實施飯肉分食法(沒有說很嚴格執行!)
有點成效耶~大概實施了快一個禮拜,有瘦一些
不過因為沒有一直紀錄體重所以沒辦法很確定的說瘦了幾公斤
不過應該有一公斤左右。
期間我都有運動,因為我是一個很習慣運動的人
每天有氧大約一小時,很偶爾會去重訓
而且使用飯肉分食法無意間真的會吃比較少(因為選擇不多)
但也會吃飽(吃菜),所以不會餓到。
而且一天的該吃的也都會吃到(菜、肉、飯)
滿不錯的,但有點麻煩就是了~希望可以持續下去
不過現在有點擔心好市多會壞了我的好事= =
祝大家減肥都有成效而且毅力堅定!!!
