各位大家晚安，
因為今天晚上我的美容師照往常一樣用精油幫我按摩頭皮，在聊天過程中跟我介紹她使用的精油有各種療效，是美國原裝進口，因為有專業的認證，她講了好幾個我沒記起來，還順口跟我說因為純天然可以滴在水喝，我就傻傻的真的喝了一個咖啡杯的水(兩滴檸檬精油)，也順手拿了瓶身看記下了品牌，回家後總覺得喉嚨緊緊的，不知是否是心裡作用，才爬了一下文進來到本版，越看越覺得小妹我實在有點蠢....,因為我的美容師她自己好像也是今年下半年才接觸這品牌，我想她應該是出於好意，但我現在實在有點害怕我的喉嚨受傷，請問各位厲害的芳療前輩，我有什麼補救ꐊ隤k嗎?
目前一直狂喝水....
