推文裡面很多人說這個強度太低
要至少要波比跳 伏地挺身之類的
對有一點運動習慣的人這真的強度太低
但如果對完全沒有在運動的初學者
這樣要做滿20分鐘其實就不一定可以
尤其是嚴重過重的人
這就是很好的運動了
要有開始才有進步
只要不是危險的運動
對於很肥胖的人
波比跳其實蠻可怕的
肥胖一般同時會有心血管的問題
太劇烈的波比跳 心率可能會超過170
其實就有一點危險
伏地挺身就更別說了
根本做不起來
我覺得有些在專家看起來很可笑的菜單
是入門最好的菜單
