基本資料
性別:男
年齡:28
身高:170
體重:70.6
BMI:24.42
三餐內容
早餐:咖啡+米糕或肉粽
午餐:滷肉飯+湯或是便當
晚餐:牛奶一罐
其他:因為最近天氣熱,所以每天幾乎都會買杯清心半糖
日常作息時間:睡眠超正常...十點多就睡嚕
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:沒運動,就只有晚餐沒吃
結論:從5/10號到今天算起來大約兩個月,體重由75.9下降到昨天70.6
早午餐幾乎不忌口,這兩個月也吃了四五次晚餐大餐.....
所以Monk法還是有用的....只是因為不忌口所以體重下降速率沒很大
平均一個月2.5公斤左右.....可是我覺這樣比較能持久
