小弟目前在桃園工作
剛到桃園時滿腔熱血跟同事一起報了萵苣會員
也腦波弱了刷了課程
但小弟工作因素
只上了幾堂就開始自己放假
在上個月突然想運動於是就回去繼續上課
在第二堂課練腿時
課程中向教練反應頭痛頭暈
教練只跟我說,我只是缺氧
要我站起來走一走後繼續將剩下的組數做完
沒想到這就是惡夢的開始
當時我以為這只是健身產生的影響(努責)
沒想到回家後頭痛仍然沒有減緩
隔天舒緩後,稍一用力就又開始疼痛
跑了多次醫院,醫生也只能跟我說多休息
醫生表示是重訓時憋氣或是壓力產生內外壓失衡
至今已過了一個多月
仍然會產生頭痛的問題
小弟本來抱持著想讓身體健康的心態去運動
沒想到卻造成如此反效果
在剛剛,小弟本人前往該健身房
向業務表示要解約跟把教練課全退
正常人發生這種事應該不會再有勇氣繼續在這邊上課了吧
業務表示,教練課效期已過無法退費僅能轉讓
並表示,身體出問題也不見得是教練帶練產生的問題
也告訴我,當下身體不適就該提出
我當下確實有反應我頭痛,我也說了我是健身外行人我以為這是正常的狀況,教練要求我
把剩下的組數做完,我選擇相信專業
目前小弟做法是回醫院調診斷證明循法律途徑處理
再請板上各位大大有遇過此問題的可以協助我處理
麻煩各位了
我沒有不合理的要求也沒有要求健身房陪我醫藥費
我只是想把我剩下的課程退掉而已
或是可以教我轉讓該注意的事項
