一個月了,不減反增 - 減肥

年齡:25
身高:160
體重:55.4
BMI:22(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:25
三餐內容
早餐:1.荷包蛋 + 兩片培根 + 一片土司 + 無糖豆漿
2.用半杯優酪乳打成得蔬果汁(3樣水果+1~2樣蔬菜)+ 燕麥
3.蔬果汁(同上)+ 1/2個全麥麵包
午餐:1.小吃店湯麵一碗
2.炒飯一份
*湯麵得麵條跟炒飯我通常都吃1/2~2/3
午點:下午肚子餓會吃一點水果 or 打一杯果汁喝(不加糖)
晚餐:飯半碗多一點 + 青菜3種 + 魚肉類1份 + 湯一碗
日常作息時間:
起床:9:00,有要游泳會改成 7:00
早餐:9:30
午餐:12:30~2:0
晚餐:7:30
睡覺:11:00~1:00(不一定)
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
1:每天下午慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
2:每週一、三、五早上游泳30~60分鐘
3:除了上述1.2外,看電視時會搭配重訓 (有一搭沒一搭 自我安慰用?)
以上菜單跟運動習慣都已經持續三週多(游泳最近1周開始),
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
現階段目標是50公斤,能讓體脂律下降當然是最好
我原本是非常痛恨運動的人
爬個樓梯到2樓就會喘,秉持著懶人哲學
能坐著就不站著,能躺著就不坐著
結果過年被家人嫌胖加上自己也受不了現在得身形(看起來好胖)
剛好看到老師沒教的事有教慢跑得方法
就試著跑跑看,發現真的不會喘也不會累,就這樣慢慢跑(玩?)出興趣了
跑了快一個月,
前幾天懷著期待得心情量體重,結果上升1.4公斤(閃電+貝多芬命運交響曲 囧)
三週前量是54.0公斤,看得我心情超~~級~~差~~
雖然有爬過文知道減肥初期體重會上升,
可是可是可是....這真的打擊很大
不知道是哪裡出了問題,所以來這邊請教大家的意見
