身高174cm 目前體重65kg
其實不需再減重了 但想維持 故需要知道每日飲食是否有要再調整的
因為有些人反應我吃太少>< 真的是這樣嗎???
早餐:
葡萄核桃土司 兩大片(約共80g)
巧克力 一顆
全脂牛奶 300cc
黑咖啡 100cc
午餐:
大燕麥 六大匙
雜糧 六大匙
(用熱水沖泡大燕麥+枸杞、葡萄乾、蔓越莓乾等雜糧)
水果 一顆
晚餐:
只吃素水餃 六顆
或者
麵一碗(自己用麵條煮的乾麵+醬油+醋+少許青菜)
PS:不吃零食
