一天的菜單---這樣健康嗎?? - 美體

我是女生 身高158 體重52
身材屬於 小腹和腰是細的~ 但是四肢肥軟= = (手臂的肉夾緊已經達到歐巴桑等級了)
目前早餐是 火腿蛋起司吐司 + 鮮奶茶 (紅茶+牛奶)
我擔心營養的問題,所以我的早餐吃很豐盛
因為早餐是10點多吃的,所以午餐會吃不下.....
到了下午三、四點肚子餓的話,我會喝水不然就是吃桂格大燕麥片
晚餐大約六點進食,一盤燙青菜+一小碗當歸湯
基本上我是個胃口很小的人,所以晚餐吃這樣我會飽
九點半過後(下課),我會補充一顆蘋果....
睡覺前會做抬腿運動(200下)
不知道這樣的飲食是否不健康??或是早餐熱量太高了...
請麻煩大家給我個意見...謝謝 :)
