一日蛋白質攝取量計算 - 健身

我原本是用體重×1.8來計算一日攝取量
大概一日攝取153克蛋白質
但後來使用網站的TDEE計算
一日建議量竟然到220克蛋白質
請問各位大大,應該用哪一個計算方式?
我目前身高188 體重85
