我上小夜班,時間是16:00~00:00想要撥個時間去慢跑運動但下班都凌晨了,一個女生去公園跑步好像很危險如果睡覺起來再運動,也都中午了...中午去公園跑步真的會熱死.....真的不知道該怎麼安排運動的時間請問不知道有沒有這種經驗的人??該怎麼安排呢
