一般上班族想要實行16/8的斷食,不吃早餐,12點開始吃,晚上8點截止
那麼6點下班後,是要先去重訓1小時後(可能7點半了)再吃飯?
還是6點下班後先吃,過1~2小時再去重訓?
大家是怎麼做的呢?
