針對水大大說的『有氧至下半身瘦為止,然後重訓上半身』
有幾個疑問....
1.有氧指的是運動 + 節食搭配,但問題是我怎麼知道我的下半身什麼時候開始"瘦"
又什麼時候開始重訓上半身?
2.一般我節食+運動都會先受到上半身....尤其是胸部(所以第一個問題很重要)
其中加些豐胸的配方在裡面,像是有聽過油炸食物或者起士這種東西也可以…
只要算好一天的熱量就可以了嗎?
3.一定要做所謂有氧的運動才行?
(針對這部分尚未爬文~但已參詳水大大的偶像文章了!!這題是是非題)
