各位正在減重的帥哥美女們:
之前有跟大家分享我是如何減掉14kg的心路歷程 (第一次體會到文章被推爆>///<)
但是因為網誌一直換網址,有很多網友私下寫信給我說看不到減重文章
所以我只好重寫,也再度把文章打開,

不知道是不是潮流的改變,還是媒體大肆地渲染,現在的人不管是男生還是女生,大家都
努力在追求『纖細』的身 材。可能是受到許多明星與模特兒的影響,大部份的女性都是
希望自己越瘦越好,當然.......我也是其中一個。
我身高168.5cm,早期的體重大概維持在55kg左右,上了大學之後,作息就開始變得不正
常,常常半夜一兩點還在吃消夜或是去夜店喝酒狂歡,不知不覺就越來越胖,一路飆到68
公斤。
其實我當下沒察覺自己已經變得那麼胖,當時也沒有量體重的觀念。直到我父母跟我前男
友每天在我耳邊嘮叨,我才驚覺自己好像真的變很胖。胖的時候,衣服真的很難買,能選
擇的款式也不多。
我曾經也試過靠吃減肥藥(諾美婷)來瘦身,坦白說,它真的還蠻有效的,我都沒有任何的
節食,一個月就瘦了6kg。重點是......只要妳一旦停藥,又沒好好克制的話,馬
上就會復胖。所以我又從62kg復胖回65kg。當時沒有運動的觀念,加上又很愛吃,又懶得
動,只要一復胖,就又會想買減肥藥來吃。就這樣一直生活在胖了又瘦、瘦了又胖的循環
中,不僅瘦了荷包又傷了身體。諾美婷是屬於中樞神經抑制劑,如果吃多了對人體很不好
,若真的要服用,請依照醫師的指示。
我真正開始想要減肥是進了電子公司之後,當時部門裡面有8個女生,我不是裡面最高的
,體重卻是最胖的(63kg),因為大家都很認真在控制體重,加上同事常常開玩笑說:『如
果妳瘦下來應該就超正的。』
透過朋友與同事的鼓勵,我開始慢慢找尋適合自己的減重方式,於是我開始上ptt爬文
(fitness、beautybody),也跟大家合購了一台lafit健身車,從2007年9月便開始了我的
減重生活。
花了近兩個半月的時間,已經瘦了4.2公斤。我很害怕出現『溜溜球效應』,所以都盡量
靠『有氧運動』跟『飲食均衡』來達到減重的目地。兩個半月下來,體重不但慢慢減輕,
皮膚也變得很有光澤感,就算偶爾偷吃大餐,也不會擔心復胖的問題,也不會因為多吃了
幾口就產生罪惡感。
早餐:(有三種可以替換)
1.全麥饅頭+7-11無糖豆漿
2.7-11御飯團+茶葉蛋+7-11無糖豆漿
3.馬可先生黑麥土司+美生菜+苜蓿牙+水煮鮪魚+7-11無糖豆漿
中餐:
半碗白飯+ 兩份青菜+ 一份魚或是肉(炸的肉要去外皮)-->菜跟肉一定會過水
晚餐:
蘋果一顆+ 兩份青菜+ 一份魚或是肉(炸的肉要去外皮)-->菜跟肉一定會過水
運動:
每天一定會踩健身車踩70分鐘,踩完我會再花個幾分鐘的時間來按摩小腿。千萬不
要小看健身車唷,它的成效很驚人!每次踩完70分鐘,衣服都會濕一大半,它不但讓我的
臉變小、手臂變細、腿變細,就連肚子周圍的肉都消很多。
水:
我每天都會喝很多溫水來促進新陳代謝,水也可以將體內的毒素排出。但是喝水也有
技巧,要慢慢喝,『一次』不要超過300 cc,『一天』不要超過3000cc。
註:
1.減肥的時候一定要記得攝取『適當』的澱粉唷,因為它可以幫助脂肪燃燒。吃非精緻類
的醣類,如:五穀雜糧、根莖類、全麥製品等,不但不容易吃進太多熱量,還可以增加更
多非精緻食物帶來的維生素與礦物質等等營養素。
2.千萬不要節食,節食減肥會造成肌肉大量流失,節食結束之後由於基礎代謝率降低,所
以胖得更快而且也更難瘦下來,因此長期來看,節食減肥的確是只會瘦肌肉不會瘦脂肪,
甚至反而會比原來更胖,因此減肥的時候應該以飲食控制(均衡攝取飲食維持在基礎代謝
率以上)配合運動,取代消極節食才能夠真正的瘦下來。
