是這樣的
前二個月老闆娘參加"減重班"
名為減重班但裡面有多位營養師
教導你怎麼吃才不會胖
ex.不吃油炸、自助餐的菜要過水、吃生菜沙拉等等
這種常識一般人都懂
但我老闆娘在這二個月瘦了10公斤
她的朋友已經達成20公斤的目標
遠遠比我的效果還要好
每個禮拜聽她說她又瘦了
老實說雖然瘦了10公斤,我還是看不太出來0.0
可能冬天衣服穿比較多加上我眼殘吧@.@
她總是跟我說
妳不要運動啦!運動又累瘦的又慢...
先說一下我
每週固定運動二次,一次一小時(有氧)
維持約半年,總是在2~3公斤游移
我也沒吃很多(自認~)
早餐:五穀麵包(半個),有時候蛋餅配溫開水
中餐:約半個便當(從家裡帶,五穀飯)
晚餐:有時候吃乾板條、熱豆漿(晚上很少吃米飯)
上班時間也沒吃一堆有的沒的
也戒掉飲料、很偶爾吃餅乾
老實說,看她這樣好羨慕
或許有些版友會認為不用太在意數字
但10公斤耶...(瘦水份有可能到10公斤嗎?)
雖然我瘦的不多,但覺得曲線有變好
但現在冬天又停滯了= =
難道不運動、不流汗靠飲食節制真的瘦的比較健康嗎?
還是我的方法不對?
為什麼瘦的這麼慢..
現在的我運動只能靠興趣支撐了>"<
