運動完睡不好 - 美體

我大約從一年前開始持續運動
每天都會跑步或是騎腳踏車
運動的時間大約每星期最少5天
每天最少40分鐘這樣
最近為了想要更有效果所以有拉長運動的時間
約40分鐘到一小時,有時會超過
但也因此每次晚上都很亢奮睡不好
我都是差不多下午五六點運動
或者有時加班就會晚上七八點運動
但不管運動時間如何調整就是睡不著阿阿阿
會很累但就是睡不著
想說做個瑜伽伸展一下
但做了還是睡不好半夜常常會自己醒來
想請問大家有什麼好方法可以幫助運動後容易入眠的..?
