我在過年之中吃了超多肉類 到了二月份 才來認真的想要減肥
不過認真的來執行
是2/16 (上週一)
請大家幫我看看有何錯誤
=========早上==========
一片全麥土司+抹茶
<有吃到澱粉類>
=========中午==========
湯類 (像這兩天都是吃青木瓜加排骨)+五穀飯
OR
燙高麗菜+醬油+五穀飯or 燙高麗菜+醬油+燙冬粉+油蔥
<蔬菜類+油脂類+澱粉類 >
=========下午==========
通常下午會餓
我會吃芭樂 或是蘋果 還是高纖蘇打餅乾
========晚上==========
一大堆蔬菜 (像這周我每晚都吃甜椒 高麗菜以及萵苣)
用川燙的方式 沾醬 (蜂蜜+味增+醋 很好吃的口感)
百頁豆腐川燙+醬油
湯類<會吃到排骨或者其他肉>
<蔬菜類+豆類+肉類>
=====================================================================
1.我竟量要求自己每天都要吃到人體所需的六大營養素
2.竟量不吃炒的 以川燙或是蒸的為主 減少油的攝取
3.怕便秘 晚飯 狂吃蔬菜水果 再吃湯類 以及肉
4.週末兩天 都去慢跑 跑步+快走+散步 都會累積兩個小時左右
我也會讓自己慢跑持續半小時左右

我168.5 過年時62
目標55
在上週日的時候 我體重成為59.2
可是這兩天 我體重又回來60.1左右
想請問大家~~~~~~~~~~
1.我到了停滯期了嗎?? 該如何度過?
2.我週一到週五 都沒有做有氧運動
但絕對會抬腳 拉筋 伸展運動
是否我只作周末 這樣的運動量不夠?
3.飲食方面 若是有缺失
我該怎麼改善勒??
麻煩板上強者幫幫我了
體重的東西 真的困擾我好久了 這次我要決心瘦下來.........
