冬天過去了,可是小腹的贅肉卻還在留在身上,
轉眼間夏天又要來了,不想穿比基尼和合身上衣時,
腰間的那塊肉遮也遮不住,想說來減個肥好了,當然現在除了定期333運動,
連飲食一定要跟著清淡,逛了一圈賣場,帶回來了這個,
家樂氏的Special K
根據營養標示,每100公克,熱量只有366大卡,
女孩兒最介意的反式脂肪是0,
裡面還有各種維生素和幫助便便的膳食纖維,
兩星期大挑戰,真是誘人的標語,後面有貼心的小食譜,
早餐跟晚餐都吃Special K,中餐正常
就算是平常上班,中午跟著訂個燙青菜或是乾拌麵,晚餐就算是加班,
也可以先買個牛奶,五六點加點Special K,又解決了一餐,
不會9,10點回到家再買些熱量高到嚇死人的滷味!!
Special K +牛奶
我喜歡喝冰鮮奶,這樣special K不會軟得太快,
吃起來脆脆的,如果覺得這樣太單調,
泡久一點的話,就是外軟內脆,每次吃起來口感都還蠻不一樣的
加點水果丁,或是葡萄乾味道也不錯,
熱量不會太高,而且也是補充身體需要的維生素
已經連續吃了五天了,因為中午都還是有可以正常吃,
所以不會覺得膩,加上早晚餐除了牛奶以外,
我有變換低脂的優酪乳,肚子餓就吃些糖分沒那麼高的芭樂,
蘋果等等,這幾天下來,感覺肚子好像沒那麼大了,
意外的排便變得很順暢,吃得清淡,整個人也都變得輕盈了起來,
吃起來味道也還蠻不錯的,我覺得榖片還蠻耐咬的,
嚼久了,會有一種自然的香味和甜味,
以前有看過有人分享,說榖片不耐吃,很容易膩,又沒味道,
不過這幾天我到是覺得還好,我喜歡榖片的滋味,
單吃就像普通的零嘴一樣,只是熱量低了很多~
之前有買一件很緊身的牛仔褲,逼迫自己一定要瘦下來
昨天就把它拿出來穿看看
沒想到很順利的就穿上了,不用在那邊吸氣縮小腹的,真的很有成就感,
希望再10天,就可以買小一號的褲子!!
