我是烘培生手!!最近為了小朋友所以都自己在烘培麵包,但是常常發酵失敗!!一樣的條件之下....發酵情形都不一樣呢!!有答人可告訴我可能原因嗎??我大概都是用低溫發酵法(因為時間都被切割,所以我想要一天作2-3次的麵團,然後放冰箱可以用2天)我材料大概是:200G高筋+92G牛奶+3G酵母+25G糖+2G鹽這樣下去拌揉(��
