我是男生我現在身高170體重80我想瘦到70以下不吃藥早餐饅頭一顆+半糖的茶中餐饅頭半顆+水晚餐饅頭半顆+水我每天還會出去打一個小時的棒球請問這樣是否會健康的瘦下來如果不好請各位過來人可以幫我修正一下食量或是換別的方法?這樣大概要多久才能達到目的?
