為啥我有持續作健身的運動,比如說上健身房、伏地挺身、拉單槓,但是還是沒辦法將小腹的墬肉消除!是有減少啦,但是不明顯,吃個東西很容易又胖回來,這跟這人體質有關係嗎?還是跟飲食有關係,需要專業的回答^^
