健身到目前一個多月
一個禮拜五練 胸背腿一個循環
每次練一小時到一小時半,練完想有氧,但是都會超懶的,這一個月下來力量有變強,不
過體態沒什麼變。 也是正常吃三餐,高熱量油炸勾芡這種都沒吃了。每天也都至少攝取1
20g以上的蛋白質,有在喝高蛋白,但體重沒改變噎......
我目前182/80,開始練之前也差不多,只覺得自己力量有變強了,硬舉、深蹲之類的重量
都有加上去,也比一開始穩定很多
是不是要加入有氧,體態改變才會快?
抱歉,再多問一下,教練給我的重量是12下,但我前三組做12下不會力竭,做到第四組最
後幾下才會力竭,這個重量是對的嗎?
