某些原因(其實是要結婚了)
我目前約兩個月時間
需要瘦下去呀!!
不得已我需要稍為激烈點方法
可以瘦個5-6公斤
但是又不會傷害身體@@
請大家給我建議與指導吧!
成功一定請大家吃吃喜糖!(不是要讓您們胖呀!)
目前身高158 體重60 體脂肪31%
目前三餐是
早餐 1.三明治+豆漿一杯或
雜糧麵包一塊+鮮奶一杯或
饅頭夾肉鬆+豆漿一杯
午餐 1.學校營養午餐 (兩菜一肉+半碗白飯)
晚餐 有點掙扎中(因為需要快速點)
目前考慮喝代餐
或半碗五穀雜糧粥+杏鮑菇+高麗菜+四五片牛肉
或半碗五穀雜糧飯+外面一份燙青菜+四五片牛肉
或煮一碗白麵+茼蒿一份+四五片牛肉
水果-通常是芭樂 橘子頻果
喝水-2000cc(幾乎不喝飲料)
零嘴-平均一個禮拜一包蝦味先@@
運動-目前剛跑一台陽春跑步機(準備用來每天快走一小時)
還有一台踏步機
請大家給我意見吧!!!讓我有個方向努力進行!感謝呀
ps.我有個朋友喝某種代餐四個月(早晚餐各一杯~其他東西都不吃)
體重從62公斤降到43公斤(我確實證明他整個像氣球到苗條)
人看起來氣色也還好~
害我有些心動~
可是爬文後~好像以後不吃復胖更快!
