其實10個女生裡
大概有8.5個都有過便秘的困擾
我想我大概是便秘人界裡數一數二的高手吧
我的記錄曾經有過10天沒大便=.=
像吃瀉藥這種傷身的事 我常做
但後來想想不是辦法
我猜想可能是我的生活習慣出了問題
我是個標準的早睡晚起的人(早上睡..晚上起.)
於是我就擬定了一套對抗便秘作戰計劃
一開始我就先改變我的作息
規定我自己最晚一點之前一定要去睡
每天早上起床時空腹喝一大杯優酪乳
這個很有效..喝完肚子都會有咕嚕咕嚕的感覺
廠牌不限 不過最近愛上了瑞穗鮮奶優酪乳的香濃口感 哈哈
梳洗完後
我會泡一小碗桂格燕麥片+一根香蕉
中餐晚餐不限 但盡量均衡
也就是一定要吃到蔬菜水果跟肉
吃飽後會去散步
每天規定自己要喝2500cc的水(怎麼感覺好像在寫減肥日記…呵呵)
漸漸的
我便秘的狀況從四五天大一次
到現在每天1~2次
所以我認真的覺得
有個正常的作息…健康的飲食
真的很重要喔
