想請問游泳的問題 - 美體

我聽說很多朋友游泳後體態都有變好
由於我之前腳跟脊椎都有舊傷,都只能做比較靜態的伸展
或者在家裡自己運動
最近天氣變熱了突然很想去游泳池走走
如果只是在水裡做些伸展或是較游泳動作比起來沒那麼激烈的動作
這樣還是可以有健到身或能瘦嗎?
