我的腳膝蓋變得很容易痠,
不論是坐著 站著 走路都受不了,
也感覺膝蓋緊緊的,像需要潤滑劑的
今天去看中醫時,醫生說我筋很緊
有對骨盆兩側附近的穴道按壓推拿
之前還有左腳底 右腳背 發炎
上面這些可能是運動傷害造成(?)
請問:Q1目前我能做哪些輕度運動呢?
Q2怎麼"拯救"我的膝蓋?該注意什麼?
