呃...豆沙包小弟又來了
先前聽取大家的建議後
早餐改成無糖豆漿(700ml)+白饅頭一顆
中餐則是便當隨機一份XD(但要有肉)
晚餐是關東煮的高湯+青菜+豆腐
然後每週四小時以上的慢跑+行走(以一天一小時計)
在加上靠自身體重(掩面)的重訓(針對胸、腹部)
結果體重從70上升到73
這是不是代表我該增強自己運動的強度呢?
雖然看自己的手臂那些骨頭的形狀更加明顯了
吃飽了的話肚子也不在像是以前突了一大塊
還是要繼續照這樣進行下去呢? 可以給我建議嗎?
