不好意思,因為我兩年前是41公斤上下,自從來了
台東工作,因為很無聊,重拾運動生活,平均一周
跑步三次,一次3k起,近一年因為要練半馬,多數
時間是一跑就是5~8k。
通常跑完會做一些正、側的仰臥,還有趴著把背和
臀部抬起來..等局部的運動。
可怕的是目前我的體重直直往上,到了46大關,
我飲食正常,沒有吃多,自從發現體重不降反增
之後,我多吃青菜水果,少吃肉,早上喝蔬果汁
再加個蛋餅或飯糰之類的;中午吃粥或自助餐;
晚上目前不吃,最多喝自己打的蔬果汁。
