該怎麼說呢!原PO目前是156公分64公斤
會讓自己到這個地步是因為,之前使用了不吃晚餐的節食方式。
長達一年,那個時候瘦得很快
大概是58公斤瘦到了49公斤看起來應該是一切美好,但是。
當我一回國面對台灣無數美食,加上阿母燉補,開始吃晚餐。
單單只是因為我開始吃了晚餐,不到半年就胖到65了。
於是大約兩個月前開始下定決心減肥,知道節食的壞處後。
目前是三餐定時定量,加上我本來就不愛吃炸食零食。
然後一個星期三至四次騎X-B,一次40分鐘,轉速2,速度大概30-34上下
這樣騎了快兩個月卻只瘦了一公斤,只是過程沒有痛苦。
雖然也知道瘦身要慢慢來才健康。
BUT就是會有人說:[妳應該減肥了]或[妳真的有在認真減嗎]這種話(掩面)
這樣讓人很灰心,於是我在想,是不是因為我的運動量不夠多或是不夠大?
還是要像弟弟當兵一樣每天跑10000,才會瘦嗎?
想請各位大大給個意見。
不知道各大大X-B騎40分鐘後會不會屁股全部麻掉阿?
