這幾個禮拜又開始努力騎X-bike
阻力4 速度盡量維持24KM/hr 時間最少一次騎45分鐘 一天騎一次
開始的第一個禮拜,速度約在25~26,爬文發現騎快才是有氧
以前都騎阻力6 速度沒有很快,感覺像在逛街看風景很輕鬆
但是最近這幾天速度都大概在22左右 就覺得好累 衝不上去
還一直想下來
大家運動 會不會有倦怠期的時候
到底要怎樣脫離運動倦怠期...
運動完有做什麼緩和或是拉筋之類的嗎?
是不是一定要拉筋之類的 線條才會好看
最近總是覺得大腿很酸 屁股有一塊也很酸
還是繼續坐回X-BIKE上了....
