我身高180 體重目前是113之前是118
減肥大概4個月有了
最近一個月一直卡~而且上上下下像溜溜球112-115
早餐:漢堡、蛋餅、飯糰(擇一)加紅茶OR豆漿
午餐:麵羹、乾麵、便當(擇一)
晚餐:因為有補習所以有時候沒吃,有時候吃個御飯糰或是肉包
不過補習完回家會吃點水果
飲料:水或是無糖綠茶
宵夜:無
零食:有時嘴饞會吃蘇打餅
運動:補習前會先700呼拉圈+130仰臥起坐+30扶地起身+慢跑25-30分鐘
問題是~已經溜溜球快一個月了!
請問我哪個環節出錯
