我自己習慣晚上在家自己煮 降低熱量攝取
而且才能遵守少油、少鹽的飲食原則
有時候參考網路上的減重食譜 在家照著做
而且自己煮對於在外面租屋一族來說真的可以省很多錢
(日本綜藝節目的黃金傳說也常有搞笑的健康食譜可以參考)
我自己隨時都會保持冰箱有幾項食材:
蒟蒻麵條(熱量很低飽足感又夠,簡單調理就是一餐)
無糖豆漿(本來都是拿來當充飢時的飲品,但是最近看有人分享用無糖豆漿做火鍋,覺得
還不賴,而且看起來很好吃~)
芭樂(減重最愛水果,好吃不甜熱量低)
有沒有其他人跟我一樣會去賣場囤積一些減重食材,可以分享一下哪些東西必買嗎?
