第一次在這裡發文Q_Q請多指教
最近有跑運動中心的習慣,
體重大概在46左右 身高一百六十幾....
原本想說運動的話可以讓胸部減一些
結果胸部沒變然後到是手臂肌肉頗大塊
整個視覺效果更糟糕......
(每次照鏡子就看到胸部肉跟手臂肌肉幾成一團...超可怕)
請問有什麼方法可以補救???
像是讓手臂不要那麼粗勇或是讓胸部挺挺的
不然穿衣服整個呈現孕婦狀態
