BMI: 32 (開始有運動習慣前量的)
體脂率:25 (開始有運動習慣前量的)

三餐內容
早餐:豬肉吐司+紅茶 or 蛋餅+紅茶 or 水果
午餐:隨意吃~~水餃 or 自助餐 or 牛肉麵
晚餐:乾滷味的菜偶爾會加米腸
其他:有時會喝有糖綠茶 無糖咖啡喝很多
日常作息時間:八點半起床 睡覺比較不一定~~但都在一兩點之間
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:一周三至四天運動,每次一小時,
運動項目:拳擊有氧 有氧舞蹈及瑜珈
問題陳述:運動後有時會吃東西,可能因為這原因從開始運動後變胖了
但現在是運動前吃東西,可是體重還是沒降阿~~><
誰可以告訴我為什麼....Orz
