可以吃又可以抹的杏仁油 - 芳療

大家好~ ^^ 我是新來的~
看了很多化學產品對人體跟環境的危害
所以開始想要學習使用天然的油品
爬文看版上有推薦杏仁油
可是好像都是芳療品牌的基底油耶?
我想請問的是~ 有沒有哪個牌子是可以吃又可以抹的杏仁油?
這樣如果抹不完還可以吃掉 ^^ 比較不浪費~
另外我在農會看到有賣食用的杏仁油 卻沒有寫明是不是甜杏
(google 說甜杏才能吃 但苦杏較便宜)
