台大新體重訓 - 減肥

最近透過肌力運動減肥 雖然有降體脂肪
但發現自己練了2個月肌肉長不到1公斤...
不知道是我方法用錯 或者是有氧練比較多 還是其他因素...
希望有台大學生可以帶著我練肌力... 避免我施力錯誤...
我是台大研究生~ 希望可以找到同好拉:P
能運動的時間都是以晚上為主
