前幾個月前開始早上都是吃麥片
我是用一般無調味的麥片
再加上桂格北海道的調味麥片,或是馬玉山系列的
這樣比較有味道
那陣子搭配運動有瘦了一點點
一個多月前開始在裡面加了鮮奶
一方面是比較香濃,一方面總覺得喝鮮奶對身體健康
但因為有看過一篇報導
是哈佛大學研究發現喝低脂牛奶容易造成不孕
所以我就都喝全脂的
現在問題來了
最近我發現我在持續運動的狀況下胖了1.5公斤
我努力回想,難道是我開始加了鮮奶的關係嗎?
我鮮奶都加500cc,每100公克有68大卡,總共就有340大卡
再加上那些調味麥片或馬玉山系列的(大約一包都130大卡)
再加一般無調味的麥片,總共應該550大卡有吧..
我在想是不是問題出在這裡
大家覺得我要改成低脂的牛奶嗎?
還是乾脆回到最開始只加白開水就好了呢?
